I just purchased a vehicle last week, took it to another place that assured me they did all the diagnostic testing, and the basic inspection. Including a look at the frame which i was concerned about, knowing it had a previous accident. To the eye nothing seemed to be significant just a scratch. I was assured the frame and everything was "fine", "its practically brand new" I was told after knowing they spend barely 20 min with my vehicle. Well I wasn't comfortable after leaving and needed a to seek a second opinion. Then we found Mundy's Collision Center. I am beyond fortunate to have found this place. The minute I walked in the customer service was so professional. I was greeted right away and every question was answered every concern was addressed and i was given the time line that worked with my schedule. After a couple hours i was called and told my car had serious frame damage, the inspection was so thorough, they explained everything to me. Saved me about 7,000 dollars of repairs in the next year. And offered any and all assistance I asked for. I spoke to everybody from the Amazing service desk woman who was incredible. To the mechanic on the car that came out and even wrote me a report for proof to return the car. As well as Dustin the General manager, who went out of his way to offer help, education, and simply be involved. I was addressed not ignored. I was heard and listened to, not smudged aside and sent out the door. They did Everything I asked and MORE. I left with clarity, answers and trust. I hit a deer, here I was worrying about trying to find somebody who wasn’t going to bend me over backwards and take full advantage of me without the slightest decency of at least taking me out for dinner and calling me pretty. I jump on ChatGPT and I ask which is the best collision center that I can take my truck to and Mundy’s was on the top list. Because of typical AI hallucination I asked Claude, lo and behold. It said the same thing. So what do I have to lose? I drive there with a vile of Vaseline prepared for worse. When I entered, the first thing I was told was that I am pretty and if I’d like to go to Nobu dinner. All jokes aside from the moment I walked in I did not feel like a wallet. I felt like a human being who is not swimming in butt loads of cash who simply does not want to go to the Insurance and be bent over again and have my deductible raise for no reason. I was never rushed. I was shown competitive pricing, and I was shown everything from where they sourced the parts to even getting the paint. The prices were fair and a reasonable timeline was provided. They told me it would take approximately five business days to have the work completed to my bumper. I brought in my car Sunday night and use the key drop off and my car was promptly returned to me Wednesday. I even ran into traditional Atlanta traffic and told them that I was trying to get to them as quickly as possible without violating any road laws and they told me that they would stay open for me until I got there and to drive safely. When I got there at 4:50, they did not rush me, even though I entered on the phone trying to handle a work issue. They took my payment and they still walked outside with me at 5:08 to go around my vehicle and answered every single question I had. While I do not look forward to or anticipate hitting another deer in Georgia, however, if I do, I am glad that there is a reputable collision shop that I trust to have work done.Posted on Google

Not only does it look brand new but they cleaned it from the inside. It smells very good and honestly, it doesn’t even look like I got into a car wreck. They would update me via text message and whenever I didn’t hear anything I would call them and they would provide a great customer service. Although the process did take about six weeks, I was honestly fine with it because I know how hard it is to get Lexus parts. They are Lexus certified and I 100% recommend them. After growing tired of the body damage, I googled collision centers in my area and found Mundy's Collision Center and reached out with the intention of getting and comparing estimates and service. After my first visit/consultation, I was pretty confident reaching out to the other shops on my list wasn't necessary. My anticipated exhaustion in dealing with my insurance company was handled by Mundy's (regular status updates, approvals, etc.). My anticipated exhaustion in dealing with a rental company was handled by Mundy's (they were partnered with a rental car provider that provided transportation to/from Mundy's). When I received the call that my car was ready, I took the rental to the car wash in appreciation for how easy Mundy's made the process and I wanted to return a clean car to their rental partner. When I arrived to pick up my car, I did not expect to get so excited! I felt like I was picking it up from the dealership all over again. My car was immaculately detailed, that service was never mentioned and I was completely surprised, I had anticipated going back to the car wash with my car after picking it up. The most important part was the impeccable body work on my White,Toyota Camry and the exact color match. It honestly looks brand new! Thank you to the team at Mundy's Collision, everyone I engaged with from beginning to end provided excellent customer service. I was a cash paying customer as I had accidentally went over a cement parking block and upon backing up, it had ripped my under bumper cover off. It didn’t do damage until I ran over a puddle from the rain which caused my actual bumper to drag down and I decided that I needed to get this fixed. I’ve seen this place before so I decided to give them a try. I gave them a call to see if they can work on something like this as it was a collision center. When I called I was allowed to come in the same day for an estimate. I decided to work with them and they order the parts from Nissan which I’m very thankful for as I prefer authentic parts from the brand that I got my vehicle from. (Side Note: they are also certified in a lot of other Car brands, which is phenomenal) After the parts took a few days I was able to schedule an appointment with them the following week. The next thing I was afraid of was if I couldn’t get my car back the same day as that’s my only vehicle and I drive almost daily. Thankfully I got my car back the same day and they also were able to fix my bulbs which were dim! My repairs look phenomenal. My baby girl looks like nothing ever happened to her. They kept my car clean and I’m just so grateful and thankful. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my car and having an affordable price for a cash paying person. I had my passenger side door busted for the past two years or so from a previous accident , and I was finally looking to get it repaired. After expressing that I was a college student and was on a budget, Mundy’s collision service offered me multiple options so I could spend whatever money I was comfortable with. Even after I decided on an affordable repair option they found another way to save me even more money and knocked a couple hundred bucks off the initial quote. The customer service was amazing and I was kept fully informed about my options at all times. Furthermore when I received my vehicle after they were finished with it, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had patched up a few rusty spots from my accident, which wasn’t even included on my initial quote! Logan JustusJuly 17, 2025I had to tow a car to Mundy’s Collision in June 2025. They were excellent in their communication and response time with my insurance agency (Progressive). The vehicle was deemed a total loss by Progressive a couple of weeks later. A month after this started Progressive still hadn’t finalized and paid Mundy’s what they were fairly owed, which caused hold-ups in my payout for the total loss. I came to Mundy’s and spoke directly with Pam, who had all the documentation of correspondence and full explanation immediately ready. We talked through the situation and got on the same page. She then went even further to reach out to 5 contacts she had with Progressive, before I had even left Mundy’s. While that was going on Mundy’s performed a free inspection of my new vehicle, checking for any things of concern. Long story short; Mundy’s has proven to me they care about their clients, they have a very high-level of professionalism, and they do things in a timely manner. My car was less than 6 months old, and I wanted the best repairs possible. My experience was excellent. They were professional and efficient from the first visit for an initial evaluation of my car's damages to ongoing coordination with my insurance company and related entities. I received frequent phone calls to keep me updated on the status of my car's repairs. When my insurance coverage limit for a rental car expense during repairs was reaching its limit, Mundy's went above and beyond to help me be able to pick up my car without any unnecessary rental charges. And most importantly, the car was beautiful when I received it. There is no sign of prior damage, and it was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. It looks brand new again! I recommended this shop to any and everyone who ask. Merry review: This is review is for my 2nd Versa. My first Versa was a 2015 and that one was fixed by Mundy’s but I was in another accident and it got totaled. My 2018 Versa (which I have today 2022), I scraped the passenger back bumper panel in May 2021 and I waited for an opening to take it to Mundy’s. Well my first scheduled appointment I got sick and missed that appointment. The next opening wasn’t until September 21st I was without a car for 10 days. It was worth the money and time. I will keep on using Mundy’s with or without car insurance. Both times I paid without going through my insurance company to keep my insurance rate down. Thanks again Mundy’s! Job well done. I give this shop a 5 star if it was more stars to give I would give it to Mundy’s I truly recommend this shop and NOBODY IS TELLING ME TO SAY GOOD THINGS ABOUT MUNDY’S BODY SHOP. I'm new to GA and was referred to Mundy's by Gwinnett Performance Automotive Service for a door issue for a Nissan 350Z. We met Michael and he provided exceptional service. He did not beat around the bush, he did not try to overcharge me, he didn't try to fix stuff that didn't need to be fixed, and he worked fast. Mundy's didn't have the part in stock to fix our door so they ordered it. They contacted me as soon as the part arrived. I dropped my car off at 8:30 within 2 hours they were contacting me back to let me know my car was ready. I was shocked. You get used to dropping your car off for service and even with an appointment your vehicle is gone all day. I truly appreciate this company.
